As a rule, the application should be submitted before the noise protection measure(s) are implemented.

An agreement on reimbursement must be concluded between the owner and the road construction authority, represented by the responsible regional mobility authority.

The reimbursement amount is paid after completion of the protection measure and verification of the original invoices.
