Occupational therapist with training from EU/EEA/Switzerland, professional qualification recognised
Source: BUS Rheinland-PfalzThe State Office for Social Affairs, Youth and Welfare (LSJV) is the recognition authority that examines the equivalence of vocational qualifications acquired abroad with German vocational training. The determination of any significant differences between vocational training acquired in Germany and vocational training acquired abroad is carried out. After the equivalence has been checked, a declaratory decision is issued. Once equivalence has been established and the other personal requirements have been met, permission to use the professional title is granted.
Applicants from abroad submit the documents directly to the LSJV. There, the documents are checked for completeness and, if necessary, additional documents are requested if they are not complete.
Please contact the State Office for Social Affairs, Youth and Care.
