There is no fee for courses that only require notification.

The notification must be submitted before the distance learning course is offered.

The Distance Learning Protection Act, which is the basis for the approval of distance learning courses, can be found here:

Even for these so-called hobby courses, contract design, advertising and information as well as the use of representatives must comply with the requirements of the Distance Learning Protection Act.
