Submit the auditor's report

You can submit the examiner's report online:

• Go to the federal portal verwaltung.bund.de and complete the online application.
• You can upload your documents directly and apply for the authorizations.
• Submit the application online.
• The LBA will check your application
• After processing by the authority, you will receive a notification in the form of confirmation that the report has been submitted.

• You must provide proof of an examination license
• You must have the applicant's license
• The licenses have been issued by the LBA
• You must have written and be able to provide an examination report.
• You must be a natural person from Germany, a member state of the European Union (EU) or a third country.

• License copy with manual entry

if the examining person is not within the area of responsibility of the LBA:

• Examination authorization of the examining person
• Examination license
• Completed medical certificate (front and back)

There are no costs.

There is no deadline.

The processing time may vary depending on the particular circumstances of each case. The Luftfahrt-Bundesamt will provide information on the status of processing on request.
