Operation of systems requiring monitoring in accordance with the Industrial Safety Ordinance Check changes subject to inspection after recommissioning

Upon receipt of a complaint or an indication that the prescribed tests have not been carried out on an installation requiring monitoring, the competent authority initiates an inspection with the employer/operator.

Please contact the Commercial Department of the Structure and Approval Directorate North (northern Rhineland-Palatinate) or Structure and Approval Directorate South (southern Rhineland-Palatinate) if they are not mining sites.

The complaint is informal, can be made by telephone, e-mail or in writing. The following information is required (if known) for processing:

• Type of installations requiring monitoring
• Time of commissioning
• Information about the employer / operator
• Information on how the information on the lack of examination was obtained by the complainant

There are no fees.

There are no deadlines to be observed.

Timely examination, no feedback to the complainant, therefore no processing time.
